How many Raegalé buttons do you provide with each shirt?
For each shirt a customer purchases from us we provide them with 3 Raegalé buttons, each in one colour which are Gold, Rose Gold, and Silver.
What are other things are included with the shirt?
Along with each shirt you will receive 3 Raegalé buttons and a Raegalé leather bag. The shirt comes packed inside the Raegalé leather bag, you can use the Raegalé leather bag as a laptop sleeve or
document folder.
What material is your Raegalé leather bag made from?
The Raegalé leather bag is made using vegan leather.
What material are your Raegalé buttons made of?
The Raegalé buttons are all made of metal.
Do you deliver Internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world, however international shipping costs will be additional as per the import and tax duties of different regions. We do offer free shipping Pan-India
How long will it take to get my orders?
Your orders will take 10-12 business days to arrive. Orders may also arrive earlier. International deliveries can take anywhere from 10-20 days or more depending on your region. Additional costs may apply. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I get my size exchanged?
Size exchanges can happen only within the 48 Hours period from the delivery. Please drop in a text on WhatsApp. Customers will ship the outfits back to us and after our quality check we will dispatch the new size. Used & Damaged outfits are not exchangeable. (While QC if any defect/damage is found then the original outfit will be returned to the customer)
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have placed an order but not received an order confirmation email from us, please check your spam, promotions, and all mails folders. If you are still unable to find, please contact via WhatsApp or Instagram so that we may check on this.
I ordered the wrong size, could you please change it prior to order processing?
Yes, we would be happy to change the size
if you make a request within 24 hours of placing your order with us. After this, it will be difficult for us to accommodate your request as the production would have commenced.
I want to cancel my order. How do I do it?
If you wish to cancel your order, please
write to us at our email within 24 hours of placing your order to be eligible for a full refund. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your cancellation.
How long do you take to dispatch the orders?
Our orders are usually dispatched in 10-12
working days from the date of receiving an order since majority of our garments are made to order.
I want to return my order. How should I proceed?
No, we do not entertain return requests
other than in cases where there has been a fulfilment error on our end or the product is incorrect/defective. Please note that such a request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery of the order. You will need to share your order number (mentioned in the order confirmation email), product name and email address to initiate the process.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer size exchanges. We do not offer
refunds. However, a request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery of the
product. Customers will have to ship the outfits back to us and after our quality
check we will dispatch the new size.
Used & Damaged outfits are not exchangeable. (While QC if any defect/damage is found then the original outfit will be returned to the customer)

Will any extra charges be applicable in case of exchange?
Yes, an extra charge of Rs.250/- shall be
payable by customers in case an exchange is requested. This cost is the shipping cost for exchange.
