Return & Exchange
We attempt to make sure that each transaction that you have with us is flawless. Hence, we take great care in adhering to the highest quality standards.
We therefore follow a "no return" policy. However, we do issue credit notes in case a customer has a validdissatisfaction with his/her purchase.
We also exchange sizes in case of a discrepancy, with an appropriate shipping charge as applicable.
A request for an exchange must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products
We encourage our customers to check the ordered items and quantity in the receipt, before accepting the shipment from the logistic service provider.
If there is any discrepancy found, or damage to the package is noticed, please leave an appropriate comment on the receipt of the logistic service provider before accepting the delivery of the items.
If the item is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been received, please email us on support@raegale.com within 48 hours of receiving the items. Your email should contain comprehensive details alongside pictures of the defects/grievances of the item delivered to you. The Customer Support Team shall look into the matter and get in touch with you as soon as possible. They shall get the product corrected at the earliest.
Our Quality Check team will confirm the manufacturing defects, after which our team will email or contact you for the essential action. Please make certain that the product that you return is fresh, unworn and the original tags are undamaged.
Reverse Pick Up & Delivery
We shall get the product picked up and send out the exchanged garment as soon as we receive the product from your end. The courier charges in case of exchanges,must be borne by the customer. In case the customer has received an incorrect or damaged product, no reverse pick up charges shall be applicable.
Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address
We cannot go ahead with exchanges if we have been given a wrong or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package has been refused by the receiver.
Colours
We have made every effort to show the colours of the products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer screens, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot ensure that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Cancellation Policy
